What are your business hours?

Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm PST with exceptions to holidays.

 

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship all-across the USA, Our main headquarters are located in PA and all of our products are shipped from PA.

 

 

How long will my order take once it is shipped?

Transit times are based on your geographical region, products are shipped from PA. The further you are from PA the longer it might take for the products to arrive. Typically all orders that are placed with UPS Ground deliver in 2-4 Business Days.

 

 

What are the processing and handling time?

We process orders within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are subject to UPS processing times which normally take 1-4 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS ground and come with a tracking number.

 

 

What is your return policy?

For any products that are damaged, we do offer exchanges. Garments must be unworn, in their original packaging. Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of the stated delivery date. To request an exchange, please email our customer support team with an explanation of the request along with picture proof at [email protected]

 

 

How do I ship my order back to you?

We do offer free returns, for any damaged product or wrong sizing from our side. if you would like to exchange the items, we will provide you with a return label for free.

 

 

UPS tracking says that my order was delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877. You can also try to contact us with your issue and as a first time courtesy we will resend your package, but if it becomes a reoccuring issue you will have to go through UPS.
